Pink Dream as Smoothie

Hello hello!

How happy can your breakfast make you? For me is unbelievable how important is not only flavor but also the visual appearance. I could eat just with the eyes 😉 And for this reason today I decided to go for a colorful smoothie, full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 100gr Strawberries
  • 100gr Raspberries
  • 1 natural soja yogurt
  • 2 tbsp soja milk
  • 1 tsp Acai powder
  • 50gr Blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds: Chia, Flax, Pumpkin
  • Coconut flakes

First step is to blend together the red fruits, the acai powder, soja milk and soja yogurt. The yogurt will create a dense texture. You can also go adding the yogurt to taste, controlling the texture not to be very liquid. Otherwise the next layer will sink!

Next step is easy and fun: place the blackberries, then the seeds and spread the coconut flakes in a circle around the bowl.

This recipe will take you in total around 10 minutes 🙂
